The Clinical Foundation

Before focusing on aesthetics, Dr. Bita Farrell spent over a decade as a Clinical Professor and anesthesiologist at the David Geffen School of Medicine at University of California, Los Angeles. During her 14 years on faculty, she trained physicians in anatomy, procedural safety, and clinical decision-making.

This foundation continues to shape her approach today. A deep understanding of anatomy and tissue planes allows for thoughtful, precise treatment, with an emphasis on both safety and long-term outcomes.

A Holistic, Whole-Face Approach

Dr. Bita Farrell approaches aesthetics through both a structural and holistic lens. While facial aging is influenced by volume loss, bone remodeling, and soft tissue changes, it is also shaped by skin quality, lifestyle, and overall health.
